Mike Sack's background is in electronics, and he founded the company in 1974, being one of the pioneers in the audio visual hiring industry.

With his lateral way of thinking, Mike has the ability to engineer simple solutions to complex problems. He is often seen building industrial stage sets, manipulating digital pictures, editing digital video or designing custom made stands & brackets etc.

Roy Haines started in the audiovisual business in London way back in the mid sixties, so he can honestly say that he has been in the business for more than 35 years. Roy's company AVVID Cape became part of the Sight 'n Sound Group in 1994. Roy with his exceptional organisational & people skills heads up the group's administrative team.

Peter Hirschson originally worked for Atkinson Audio Visual hire and left to start his own very successful staging company 'Loud & Clear' in 1994. In 1999 his company was incorporated into the Sight 'n Sound Group. Peter specialises in client liaison and major quotations.

Marc Taylor joined the company in 1997 as a trainee technician. Showing remarkable adeptness at all things technical, he rose swiftly through the ranks and by '99 he was promoted to Senior Technician status. In 2004 he was made Operations Manager with responsibility for all the technical aspects of the company along with client liaison and major quotes. By 2006 Marc was made a director of the company with a shareholding.
